My Little Story
Hi there! I’m Abby, the owner of Little Red Floral & Gifts!
I am 27, married(ahhh!), a follower of Jesus, 100% Colorado grown, and I believe pineapples do belong on pizza… :)
I have been crafting, making gifts, and working with flowers for many years now…I’m pretty sure there’s flower pollen and glitter running through my veins!
Not only do I love crafting, but I am also an exclusive EVENT FLORIST for Colorado residents! I’d love to work with you one-on-one and make your floral dreams bloom into a reality! I do have 6+ years of working in floristry under my belt and am always looking forward to the new, fun, unique, and challenging opportunities the world of floral design has to offer!
I hope you enjoy my totally hand-made creations (that I can ship Nationwide!) and my one of a kind, custom, event floral masterpieces (for local Coloradans)!

Shop Policies
—Returns—
**PSA!! Online Orders** Being the small shop that I am, I DO NOT offer refunds or take returns once a purchase is made and/or shipped! If something is broken, missing, or you are not happy with an order, I will absolutely make it right and send out a new one—at no cost to you!
Keep in mind, I am not a robot and I do make everything totally by hand, so each product is uniquely created just for you (Or as I call it “perfectly imperfect”)! If you’d like to contact me, please send me a courteous email and attach a picture of the product to lilredgiftshop@gmail.com! I promise I’ll take good care of you :)
—SHIPPING—
Just a heads up! There are times when I have to wait for my supplier to ship me items I need to make my products. Expected shipping time can take up to two weeks. Once I ship the product, it is really out of my control to know how fast it will get to you… *sad face* I wish I had that superpower! I do keep an eye out on the tracking info that they give me when I drop your package off.
Depending on where you live also plays a role in this too. I hand-make and ship my products out of Thornton, Colorado! If shipping for you seems to be taking longer than you think it should just shoot me a nice email at lilredgiftshop@gmail.com. Thank you!

I do my best to reply to emails as fast as I can! With that said, I will only be responding to emails on weekdays between 9am-3pm. On Saturday & Sundays, I will not be replying to my emails until I’m back in office on Monday!
